Pro Stage Bikini Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers about ordering, customisation, production, measurements, shipping and returns. Product options and the final price are shown in the relevant configurator before checkout.
Ordering and customisation
1. How do I order a competition suit?
Choose a design from the relevant category and customise the available fit and construction options. Enter the
information requested in the configurator, including your measurements, competition details and Instagram
username. After you submit the order, we review the details personally. Your order is accepted only after
confirmation from Pro Stage Bikini.
2. What is the difference between an existing design and a fully custom design?
An existing design, such as Rosalie, already has a defined colour palette, crystal combination and overall look.
You can order it in your measurements and select the available cup, bottom and connector options. If you
want a completely new colour concept or crystal design, submit a Custom Design Request. We will then
contact you personally to discuss it.
3. Can I change the colours of an existing design?
The colours and crystal composition shown in an existing design are part of that model. If you would like a
different colour palette or a new crystal combination, please use the Custom Design Request form instead of
changing the original model.
4. Which cup styles are available?
All women’s categories are available with a Slider Cup or Molded Cup. Additional push-up is included where
required for the selected construction and is not charged as a separate add-on.
5. Which bottom options are available?
Bikini and Wellness suits are available with a V-Cut or U-Cut front. Pro Cut is included in the standard price,
while Brazilian Cut costs an additional €20. Figure and Women’s Physique suits are available in Mini, Midi and
Maxi coverage. Midi costs an additional €25 and Maxi an additional €50. Micro coverage is available only upon
request.
6. Can I add a long connector at the back?
Yes. A long back connector can be added to Bikini and Wellness suits for an additional €30. The available
connector options are shown in the product configurator.
7. What is included with my competition suit?
Your competition suit is delivered with a presentation box, a storage bag, spare crystals, glue, several safety
pins and a spare connector.
8. What is a Surprise Bikini?
A Surprise Bikini is created especially for you, but the final colour and design remain a surprise until you
receive it. Before production, we discuss your preferences, the colours or styles you do not want, your
category and your overall stage look. You can still select the required cup, bottom coverage and connector
options. The base price is €480; paid upgrades such as additional coverage or a long back connector remain
applicable. The €200 deposit is included in the total price.
Pricing payments and timing
9. How much does a crystal competition suit cost?
Competition suits with crystals start at €480. Each design has a fixed price based on its crystal work and
complexity. The final price is displayed before checkout and updates automatically when a paid option is
selected.
10. How much does a posing bikini cost?
The base price for a posing bikini is €145. All available cup and fabric options can be selected in the
configurator without changing the base price. Each selected pair of connectors costs an additional €10, and the
final price is updated automatically in the configurator.
11. How much do the other made-to-measure products cost?
A Fit Model suit costs €180. Classic Physique and Bodybuilding trunks cost €70. Product-specific options and
any additional charges are displayed in the configurator.
12. Which products can be ordered with a deposit?
A €200 deposit is available only for made-to-measure competition suits with crystals in the Bikini, Wellness,
Figure and Women’s Physique categories, including Surprise Bikinis and fully custom crystal designs. The
deposit reserves a production slot once the order has been personally confirmed and is included in the total
price. Detailed consultation begins after the deposit has been paid. The remaining balance must be paid before
shipping. Fit Model suits, posing bikinis, men’s trunks and other products are not offered with a deposit
option; full payment applies.
13. When should I order my competition suit with crystals?
Production of competition suits with crystals in the Bikini, Wellness, Figure and Women’s Physique categories
takes at least six weeks, depending on the design, season and current production capacity. We recommend
booking 12 to 16 weeks before your competition. You may also reserve a production slot several months in
advance. Shipping time is additional.
14. How long do other products take?
Posing bikinis usually take 3 to 5 weeks, Fit Model suits 3 to 6 weeks, and men’s trunks approximately 3 weeks.
A personalised robe usually takes about one week. Ready to Ship items and standard accessories are
dispatched within 7 days. These periods refer to production or dispatch, as applicable. Shipping time is
additional.
15. What is a Rush Order?
A competition suit with crystals required in less than six weeks is considered a Rush Order. Rush Orders are
possible only after personal written confirmation and are subject to current production capacity. A 20%
surcharge applies. Shipping time must also be taken into account. An earlier competition date entered in the
configurator does not automatically confirm a Rush Order.
Fit measurements and alterations
16. Which measurements do I need to provide?
For women’s products, the configurator asks for your height, bust, underbust, usual bra size, waist, hip-bone
circumference and fullest glute circumference. Men’s products require height, waist, hip-bone circumference
and fullest glute circumference. Depending on the product, you will also provide your category, federation and
approximate competition date. Please follow the measuring instructions linked in the configurator.
17. What if my body changes before the competition?
Changes during preparation are normal. Enter accurate current measurements and your approximate
competition date when ordering. If your body or measurements change significantly before production,
contact us as early as possible. Additional measurements may be requested before the item is made.
18. What is the pre-stoning fitting service?
With the pre-stoning fitting service, your suit is sent to you before the crystals are applied so that the fit can be
checked. The service costs €60 plus shipping and includes one alteration. You must try on, check and return
the suit within seven days of delivery. We recommend booking it well in advance of your competition.
19. What should I do if there is a fit issue?
Contact us immediately and do not alter, wear or wash the item. Send clear photographs and a description of
the issue. Because the products are handmade and made to measure, the appropriate solution depends on the
measurements provided, the condition of the item and the type of adjustment required.
Men’s categories
20. Which men’s competition products are available?
We currently offer made-to-measure Classic Physique Trunks and Men’s Bodybuilding Trunks. We do not
currently offer Men’s Physique board shorts.
21. Which options are available for Classic Physique Trunks?
Classic Physique Trunks are available in black matte fabric, black holographic fabric and black faux leather. All
trunks are produced according to the measurements entered in the configurator.
22. Which options are available for Bodybuilding Trunks?
Bodybuilding Trunks are available in selected colours and materials shown in the configurator. Every pair is
made according to the customer’s measurements.
Shipping returns and care
23. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Pro Stage Bikini offers tracked shipping. The standard shipping charges are: Switzerland €9; Germany and
EU countries €15; United Kingdom €20; Norway, Iceland, Serbia, Turkey and other countries in DHL’s European
shipping zone outside the EU €25. For the Americas, Asia, Africa, Oceania and other destinations, shipping is
calculated individually. You may pay for your product on the website or pay the €200 deposit where available
for a made-to-measure competition suit with crystals. We will contact you personally to confirm the shipping
cost, which may be billed separately. Payment for the product or the deposit does not include individually
quoted shipping unless it is expressly shown. Shipping takes place after the agreed shipping charge and any
remaining product balance have been paid. We do not offer free shipping.
24. Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
Unless a different arrangement is expressly confirmed for your destination, the recipient is responsible for
import duties, local taxes, customs charges and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These costs
are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated in your quotation or order
confirmation.
25. What happens if I enter an incorrect address or do not collect the parcel?
Please check the delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned because of an
incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for the
documented return and reshipping costs.
26. Can I return a made-to-measure product?
No. Stage suits, posing bikinis, Fit Model suits, Figure and Women’s Physique suits, Classic Physique Trunks,
Bodybuilding Trunks and other made-to-measure or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
This does not affect your rights if the item is defective or if we sent the wrong product.
27. Can I return a Ready to Ship bikini?
A Ready to Ship bikini that has not been made to your measurements may be returned if you notify us within
14 days of delivery. It must only be tried on hygienically over your own underwear and returned with all tags,
the original packaging and any hygiene protection supplied with the item intact. It must show no signs of wear,
cosmetics, tanning products, deodorant, odour, washing or damage. Return shipping and any applicable
import or customs costs are the customer’s responsibility. The refund is processed after the item has been
received and inspected, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Documented charges incurred by Pro Stage
Bikini because of the return may be deducted where legally permitted. Please see our Return Policy for details.
28. Can I return standard accessories or non-personalised merchandise?
Standard, non-personalised products may be returned within the applicable return period if they are unused
and in their original condition, subject to mandatory consumer rights. For hygiene-sensitive products, returns
may be excluded after the protective packaging or seal has been opened where legally permitted. The exact
conditions are provided in the Return Policy.
29. How should I care for my competition suit?
Soak the suit for no more than five minutes in lukewarm water with mild soap. Gently clean any tanning-
product or oil residue with your hands or a very soft brush, then rinse in fresh cold water. Lay the suit flat on a
folded terry towel and allow it to air dry naturally. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, wring, use a hairdryer or
place the suit on a radiator.
30. How can I contact Pro Stage Bikini?

@pro_stage_bikini on Instagram. Please include your email address, Instagram username, category and
approximate competition date so that we can help you efficiently. Your Instagram username is required when
ordering made-to-measure competition wear so that we can contact you and review photographs relevant to
your fit and stage look.
